The Detroit Free Press editorial page Sunday May 24 featured a list of seven ideas to close the state budget gap. An entire page was devoted to addressing the revenue side (as opposed to the spending side) of our budget woes. It included an op-ed on closing tax loopholes, an idea more than 30 non-profit groups have endorsed.
