Help Wanted Sign Beginning July 14th MPCA will sponsor a workforce development webinar series focused on the recruitment and retention of primary care providers in Community Health Centers.

Each week of the series will feature a new, engaging discussion:

Session 1: Starting a Search

July 14th from 1:00pm to 2:00pm

This session will focus on the steps that should be taken to initiate a search and

that will improve the chances of finding a good match.

Session 2: Lead Generation

July 22nd from 1:00pm to 2:00pm

This session will focus on tools that can be used to source candidates and tips

on how to effectively screen candidates.

Session 3: Site visits and Follow-Up

July 29th from 1:00pm to 2:00pm

This session will focus on how to coordinate and host a productive site visit.

Session 4: Closing the Deal and Beyond

August 5th from 1:00pm to 2:00pm

This session will focus on how to extend an offer, ensure a smooth transition

into practice and ideas for retention.
