Help Us Help Uninsured Children Get Coverage

Nearly 32% of the children enrolled in low-cost or free health insurance in Michigan learn about the MIChild and Healthy Kids programs from friends and family, the largest source of referrals statewide!

In recognition of the important role colleagues, friends, family and other community members play in helping children connect with health insurance options the Michigan Primary Care Association would like to say thank you and keep it up.

Beginning June 1, 2011, and continuing through September 30, 2011, MPCA is extending a special opportunity to community members. We’re offering a $10 gift card to each person who refers a family with eligible but uninsured children to our program!

If you know a family with uninsured children, talk to them to see if they are interested in health insurance options like MIChild or Healthy Kids. If they are, please complete this form and return it to us via email at, by fax at 517-381-8008 or give us a call at 800-752-7268 and we’ll take the information from you over-the-phone.

This is a quick, simple way to help your friends, family and colleagues learn more about children’s health insurance and get their kids signed-up. Plus, we’ll recognize your good work with a $10 gift card for each eligible family you refer.

Together we can help more children in Michigan get access to health insurance and quality healthcare!

Hi, I am interested in the Enroll Michigan program, and would like to share information with others who may help promote it in schools.

Can you please tell me what the $10 gift card provides for referrals? In other words, what can I tell others they will receive as an incentive? A gift card for what?

Thanks so much for helping our kids,

    Carol Skillings

We offer gift cards to both Meijer and CVS for referring community members. Thanks for your help in promoting this program!
